By comparing these observer ratings with your EQ-i 2.0 self-report, a more thorough 360-degree profile of your emotional intelligence emerges.
The Group Report consolidates team scores, offering a detailed understanding of the group's strengths and areas for improvement. It goes beyond individual insights, examining organizational implications and proposing strategies for enhancing the group's potential. The EQ-i 2.0 Group Report merges the EQ-i 2.0 scores from individuals who have completed the Workplace or Leadership EQ-i 2.0 report.
